Canada Life is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Data Strategy & Solutions, to bridge business needs with technology across the North Platform. You will translate priorities into data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives while partnering with leaders, architects, and delivery teams to define requirements and prepare delivery-ready solutions.
You will lead workshops, elicit and document requirements, and develop executive-ready materials for senior leaders.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Data Strategy & Solutions bridges business needs and technology solutions by translating priorities into actionable data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives aligned with Canada Life's North Platform strategy. This role partners with business leaders, architects, data teams, and delivery teams to define requirements, develop solution options, support estimation and planning, and ensure initiatives are ready for execution.
The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
