Job summary

Systematix is seeking a Senior Program Analyst – Data Security & Governance to drive enterprise cybersecurity and data protection initiatives. The role focuses on governance, policy development, and data-driven decision support across Data Security, DLP, Insider Threat, and governance domains.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, develop dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, data, privacy, and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, program analysis, or related coordination.
• Strong ability to collect, organize, tabulate, and analyze complex data.
• Expert-level Excel skills including large/complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience writing, updating, organizing, and managing policies, standards, procedures, or similar documents.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Threat initiatives.
• Manage program activities, deliverables, dependencies, actions, risks, and follow-up across workstreams.
• Collect, consolidate, tabulate, and analyze data from multiple sources for decisions and reporting.
• Develop Excel-based analysis, tracking, reporting, and data-management tools.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity and data-governance policies, standards, and procedures.
