100 DAC Group / Canada Ltd. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive development and implementation of advanced statistical methods while hands-on in model building.

You will lead client consultations, shape analytical frameworks, and contribute to new business development with MMM and related techniques. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication with executives, and the ability to mentor junior team members while delivering high-impact analyses in a fast-paced marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics or data science.
• 4–5 years hands-on statistics/data science experience.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Production-quality Python or R code & SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of advanced statistical methods for client projects.
• Build and deploy models including MMM, time series, and causal inference.
• Present findings to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable insights.
