Job summary

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a Manager, Data Science to lead the vision and execution of data and marketing science across Marketing and Product. This hands-on technical leadership role drives MMM, attribution, and predictive modeling to inform daily operations and strategic decisions.

You will mentor a high-performing data science team, ensure governance, and collaborate with external partners. A strong background in Python/SQL/dbt on cloud warehouses and 7+ years in the field is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data science or marketing analytics with impact on investments or growth.
• Expertise in MMM, incrementality testing, geo-testing, attribution, and LTV/propensity modeling.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and dbt on cloud warehouses; experience with production modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data science and marketing science vision and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end marketing measurement framework including MMM and attribution.
• Architect and deploy predictive models such as LTV, churn, and cross-sell propensity.
• Maintain production-grade standards and governance for data science products.
• Write, review, and optimize production Python, SQL, and dbt code; mentor the team.
