Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, OR, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data/science roles with impact.
• Deep expertise in ads measurement, experimentation, causal inference, attribution, or ads optimization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-pillar problems with business impact.
• Strong command of statistical modeling, experimental design, and measurement methodologies.
• Experience defining metrics, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and decision systems.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term data science vision across ads measurement, signal quality, identity, attribution, and privacy.
• Build trusted measurement frameworks for lift, attribution, identity quality, and privacy-aware modeling.
• Lead scale experiments and causal inference across Brand/Conversion Lift, A/B testing, and related products.
• Connect signals, identity, and ranking outcomes to bidding efficiency and advertiser metrics.
• Mentor senior ICs and raise data science standards across Ads DS.
