Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a senior Product Manager for Data Products in Toronto. You will own the end-to-end data product lifecycle, translating business needs into scalable data solutions and an actionable roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with Tech, Data, Strategy and Design to deliver customer-focused outcomes and measurable impact. You’ll lead OKRs, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor data teams while owning governance of data usage and standards within Capital One’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with customer-centric, data-driven product vision and strategy
• Track record of delivering results with significant business and customer impacts

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition, design and operationalization of data products that maximize leverage for the business and serve internal/external customers
• Own and prioritize the long-term roadmap for your product with cross-functional stakeholders
• Define OKRs for the Data Product with a metrics-driven strategy
• Understand customers and use design thinking to build a customer-backed roadmap
• Serve as SME for the product within Capital One’s ecosystem
• Partner with technology and data experts to design robust solutions and architecture
• Inspires the team to understand technical opportunities and prioritize reuse
• Develop an integration strategy delivering scalable, defined data solutions
• Mentor and contribute to the data talent community at Capital One
