FINANCIAL REPORT WRITING ANALYST

Due to system changes, we have a need for an experienced Financial Report Writing Analyst to join our team for a 6-month project. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented person to support our Finance team with timely, accurate, and data-driven reporting. In this role, you will transform financial data from our ERP systems and excel into meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau software. This will enable strategic decision-making across departments. You will play a key role in financial performance tracking, variance analysis, and reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and generate recurring financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership.

Extract and analyse financial data from the ERP system (Infor M3) to support budgeting, management reporting and monthly close activities.

Create Tableau dashboards to visualise financial KPIs, trends, and risk indicators.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and systems.

Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Maintain documentation of reporting logic, data sources, and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial reporting.

Strong Tableau skills for dashboard creation and data visualisation.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
