WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Data Centre experience to lead planning, development and execution of multi-discipline projects in Canada.

You will coordinate internal and external teams across Substations, Transmission, Distribution and Electrical Studies to ensure on-schedule delivery. You will drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while supporting proposals and business development activities to secure repeat work with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or technical diploma; PMP certification is an asset.
• 15+ years of progressive project management experience in the Utilities industry including 5+ years in Data Centres.
• Knowledge in mission-critical mechanical systems, cooling strategies, energy performance, power distribution, redundancy and resilience.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, contract management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• A collaborative leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communicator in written and spoken English; bilingual (French/English) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support and/or lead the early development and planning phases of Data Centre project or program.
• Develop project control and tracking mechanisms for the Data Centre site(s) with internal and external teams.
• Manage projects through all phases from planning to execution and close-out.
• Support in managing proposals, Go-No-Go decisions, drafting and finalizing proposals, and estimation.
• Manage existing and new Power projects for multiple clients across Substations, Transmission, Distribution and Electrical Studies.
• Monitor program KPIs and report progress regularly.
• Facilitate project communications across engineering, construction, procurement and client teams.
• Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Support contract administration, change management and procurement activities.
• Develop proposals for opportunities with internal proposal teams to submit competitive bids.
