Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field required.
• Master in Business Administration/ Information Systems/ Computer Science is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories bridging business and tech.
• Experience with life science or Biotechnology is a plus.
• Must be based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex scientific datasets to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Map business process rules to ensure data solutions align with operations.
• Create insights that reveal KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders to identify requirements for current and future products.
• Lead workshops and UAT for new data products and analytics solutions.
• Develop data flow diagrams to support system design and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams for successful delivery.
• Profile, mine, and validate data to ensure fitness for business use.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and present results clearly.
• Build relationships that foster collaboration and trust.
