Job summary

7shifts is a scheduling and payroll platform for restaurants. As the Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with Go-to-Market and Finance to drive data-driven decisions, build scalable data assets, and enable self-serve analytics across teams.

You will work with Snowflake, Stripe, Salesforce, and FinQore, delivering insights and guiding strategic initiatives. You’ll mentor analysts, influence cross-functional decisions, and help mature the analytics roadmap while leveraging AI to speed up

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence, with strong experience in financial or go-to-market reporting.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous analysis end to end and translating it into business decisions.
• Strong SQL in a modern data warehouse and comfort with a BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM and Finance analytics end-to-end from data sources to recommendations.
• Lead strategic projects across analysts, engineers, and business partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metric definitions as a source of truth.
• Enable self-serve by making data and tooling easier for GTM and Finance to use.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis and improve insights.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to analytics standards.
• Help shape the analytics roadmap with GTM and Finance needs.
