Canada Life is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Business Enablement, Data Analytics & Reporting team. You will support Canada Operations and Enablement with analytics solutions spanning descriptive to prescriptive, driving operational efficiency and informed decision‑making.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Canada Life’s Business Enablement, Data Analytics & Reporting team.
As a Senior Analyst you will join Canada Life’s Business Enablement, Data Analytics and Reporting team. In this role you will support all Canada Operations and Business Enablement teams with the ideation, development, implementation, and maintenance of analytics solutions ranging from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive.
The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics is a data subject matter expert enhancing decision making, monitoring business performance, providing actionable insight, and driving operational efficiencies using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
In this role, you will model, analyze, and predict complex business processes. You will translate business requirements into data, reporting, and analytics projects, which you will oversee and support throughout their entire lifecycle.

The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
