Job summary

GlassHouse Systems in Toronto is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Pre‑Sales Technical Architect to act as the technical voice for sales, driving security-focused business development for professional services and MSS. The role is hybrid from the Toronto office.

You will build trusted relationships with CISOs and technical leaders, design comprehensive security solutions, and translate challenges into compelling value propositions for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems with cybersecurity focus.
• Minimum 5 years IT and cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, or presales engineering.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, presenting technical and business solutions to executives.
• Working experience with an MSSP or familiarity with SOC operations and 24/7 security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with security leaders and technical decision-makers at target and existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities for MSS and professional services expansions within accounts.
• Design security solutions across professional services and MSS delivery models.
• Translate security challenges and business objectives into compelling technical solutions and value propositions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to develop market-driven security offerings and SOWs.
• Articulate security solutions to stakeholders with clarity and business acumen.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, threat landscape, and vendor offerings to inform strategy.
