  • Partner Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned global systems integrators, building trusted relationships and providing guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Go‑to‑Market Development: Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, marketing, and specialist teams, as well as partner sales, technical, professional services, and managed services teams, to develop and launch joint solutions.
  • Presales and Deal Support: Lead technical activities throughout the sales lifecycle, including discovery sessions, customer meetings, solution presentations, technical planning, proof‑of‑concept engagements, and technical deal closure.

  • Opportunity Management: Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience for partners and customers.
  • CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical account information, customer contacts, prospect details, and sales activities within Salesforce or the relevant CRM platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen partner technical capabilities, improve solution offerings, and contribute to the development of differentiated cybersecurity services.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in a presales engineering or solutions engineering role, with responsibility for managing the technical aspects of sales opportunities from initial engagement through technical closure.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of security technologies, particularly encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, and antivirus solutions.

  • Technical Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and contribute to successful sales outcomes.
  • Consultative Communication: Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, systems integrators, sales teams, and technical partners.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of the presales process, technical qualification, competitive positioning, proof‑of‑concept management, and collaborative deal execution.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering a strong partner and customer experience.
