If so, join our Technical Sales team as our next Customer Solutions Architect (CSA). In this role, you will connect our customers with industry-leading technology solutions, creating opportunities and solving business challenges in the Commercial Mid-Market segment. This role will be based out of Alberta. All applicants must be located in Alberta to be considered.
We offer a flexible workstyle, with a work-from-home option and customer visits, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a CSA, you will play a crucial role in pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS' wide range of technology solutions, you will enable our customers to prioritize their initiatives and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Collaborating closely with our Sales department, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers' organizations and articulate complex ideas and concepts. As a trusted advisor, you will boost customer satisfaction by presenting a holistic view of how technology can integrate and enable our customers' strategic initiatives. Your business acumen and critical thinking skills will be key in driving success for both our customers and our company.
