Qualifications

• 5+ years of global B2B credit experience, preferably in software/high-tech.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve credit requests and offer alternatives.
• Approve payment term requests and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in credit granting and collections.
