Job summary

Felix is Canada’s first end-to-end health platform delivering on-demand treatment and digital-first care. We are seeking a seasoned production-led creative project manager to lead a fast-moving performance creative engine centered on creator-first assets.

You will orchestrate production schedules, manage budgets, recruit and mentor creators, and partner with growth and strategy to turn briefs into scalable campaigns while ensuring regulatory compliance in Canadian health advertising.

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years in creative project management, production, or operations, including experience managing a production budget.
• Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment.
• Built or run a creator, UGC, or content pipeline at volume.
• Uses AI fluently in production to test directions and remix assets.
• Experience in the performance marketing industry.
• Mentoring or leading junior team members or freelance production talent.
• Extremely organized and able to manage varied requests across partners.
• Strong project management and exceptional communication skills.
• Maintains compliance with health advertising regulations in Canada.
• Self-starter juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing production workflows.
• Kind, empathetic, and aligned with Felix’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day production flow, orchestrating weekly plans and daily schedules to move from ideation to launch.
• Own concept and output review; QC scripts, pacing, and visual issues, coordinating quick turnarounds.
• Manage and grow Felix's creator bench; onboarding, weekly feedback, and asset library maintenance.
• Negotiate rates and manage supplier relationships with vetted roster and rate cards.
• Oversee production budget and forecast across creators, locations, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Associate Creative Director, Growth, and strategists on production plans.
• Translate briefs into shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklists.
• Source locations, props, and wardrobe; oversee production days as needed.
• Ensure compliance: usage rights, releases, and health advertising requirements in Canada.
• Feed learnings back to the team and optimize processes for scalability.
