• 5+ years leading managers or multi-disciplinary creative teams.
• Expert in career pathing, performance evaluation, and executive coaching.
• Proven ability to guide teams through organizational changes and tool shifts.
• Strong talent acquisition experience for senior creative roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with HR and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management, coaching, and career development across multiple disciplines.
• Define clear career pathways, competency grids, and promotion criteria studio-wide.
• Partner with executive leadership on staffing, structure, and recruitment strategy.
• Organize mentorship programs and cross-project knowledge sharing.
• Navigate AI-assisted design workflows and other tool transformations with change management.
• Foster a high-trust, inclusive studio culture and monitor morale.
