  3. Review purchase agreements and prepare closing agendas, along with the appropriate closing documentation required to complete share and asset purchase transactions and corporate finance transactions.
  4. Conduct thorough reviews of corporate minute books, preparing summaries of deficiencies and documentation to rectify any issues identified.
  5. Perform corporate searches and analyze/summarize search results to provide actionable insights.

  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  6. Ability to work independently, following instructions with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative.
  7. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work produced.
  8. Proficiency in using corporate databases and document management systems.
  9. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Calendar).
  10. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
