Qualifications

• 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in public practice or real estate development.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles combined with budgeting and financial analysis experience.
• Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
• Review year-end financial statements and tax returns.
• Prepare and maintain annual budgets in coordination with department heads.
• Prepare weekly cash management report for management.
• Develop templates and reporting processes that streamline accounting tasks.
