Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and post accounts payable.
• Ensure accuracy of job cost ledger.
• Prepare monthly in-depth account analysis.
• Assist with year-end audit process.
