Hatch is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join the team in Vancouver for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on procurement and administration of construction and service contracts within an EPCM environment.

Strong negotiation and governance skills are essential, with an emphasis on timely execution and risk management. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-site dates, sourcing, and contract compliance, while contributing to program monitoring and close-out

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field.
• 10+ years procurement experience in construction/service contracts.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions.

Responsabilités

• Supports project procurement in selecting suppliers and contracting for construction and services.
• Liaises with Package Coordinator, Planner and Logistics to verify specs, lead times and on-site dates.
• Controls cost and time changes; tracks scope and progress.
• Maintains contract registers and supports close-out activities.
• Ensures contracts align with governance and risk requirements.
