Job summary

Worley, a global leader in energy, chemicals and resources, seeks a Lead Piping Engineer for our Canada West Engineering team in Calgary. You will provide senior technical leadership on complex piping scopes across major capital projects, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with Worley standards.

You will mentor engineers, support project execution, and drive continuous improvement in piping practices across the region. This is a senior, high-impact role within a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with APEGA or eligibility.
• Extensive piping engineering experience on large capital projects.
• Experience leading teams of up to ~15 piping engineers.
• Strong knowledge of piping codes (ABSA, ASME/ASTM, CSA).
• Proficiency with piping design tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor piping engineers on large capital projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Worley standards.
• Coordinate with clients, project management, and other disciplines to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
