Job summary

Worley is seeking a Commercial Manager in Canada to provide governance, oversight and dispute management for proposals and projects. The role focuses on one of Worley's Major EPC Projects, delivering contractual obligations and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead subcontract management, change control, and client reporting, ensuring risk is mitigated and margins protected, while collaborating with Project Director and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Significant and relevant broad management experience.
• Experience in Fabrication, Construction, EPC/EPCM, FEED and engineering.
• Experience in Mega Projects TIC > $1.0BN AUD.
• Experience in prime contract commercial management, disputes and negotiations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project focal point for prime contracts and commercial matters.
• Maintain commercial alignment from handover through close-out, ensuring obligations and entitlements.
• Oversee change management, claims avoidance, disputes support, and commercial entitlement.
• Coordinate client and Worley financial reporting, including cash flow and forecasting.
• Establish and monitor as-sold budgets for revenue, cost, cash flow and contingency.
• Support risk register development and contingency management, ensuring visibility of commercial risks.
