Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Midland, Ontario is searching for a Contract Manager to aid both the Commercial and Supply Chain teams in managing and administration of contracts. The role focuses on negotiating various agreements and ensuring compliance with accepted standards.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Contracts or Business Administration and must be capable of obtaining a Level 2 Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the drafting, review and negotiation of Contracts related to Sales and Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of DFARS/FAR regulations and export compliance is an asset.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Level 2 Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial and Supply Chain teams by managing contracts.
• Review and negotiate terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
• Lead the corporate approval process for non-standard terms.
