Quantum Lifecycle Partners is seeking a Senior Specialist, Contracts & Legal Operations to lead contract lifecycle efforts and support compliance across our sales, operations, and finance teams. The role focuses on MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements, with responsibility for a central templates library and response process.

You will collaborate with Business Development, EPR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate commitments and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in commercial contracts, contract management, or proposals/RFPs.
• Strong drafting and redlining across MSAs and SOWs with a sharp eye for non-standard terms and risk.
• Law clerk or paralegal training is an asset; a law degree is not required.
• Experience maintaining a legal register or tracking regulatory requirements is an asset; familiarity with ISO or R2 is a bonus.
• Able to manage several deadlines, coordinate inputs, and challenge constructively.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and redline MSAs, SOWs, and customer agreements, flag issues, and escalate when needed.
• Vendor contracts: logistics and procurement agreements.
• Build and own a central response library and standard contract templates.
• Project manage RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer onboarding from intake to submission.
• Translate signed contracts into clear obligations for Operations and Customer Success.
