Job summary

Unisystech Consulting Inc. is seeking a Compliance & Operations Specialist to manage governance, audit readiness, and contract reviews in a hybrid Toronto role.

You will evaluate MSAs, coordinate audits, and lead client discussions on HR and finance workflows while providing compliance guidance to internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will review agreements, coordinate audit cycles, and act as the primary contact for clients on HR, payroll, and finance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational compliance, audit management, or contract administration.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements, MSAs, and service contracts.
• Knowledge of HR operational practices, labor compliance, and basic financial workflows.
• Experience preparing for and managing client or regulatory audits.
