Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Contract Professional Level 3 for a 24-month role in Burnaby, BC, with hybrid work flexibility. Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Finance, or Engineering.
SCMP-PMAC, IACCM, or PMP designations are assets.
Expertise in contract management, stakeholder influence, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Day to day contract management: scope, changes, claims/disputes, progression payments; lead meetings, track submittals, and close-outs.
Pre-award involvement: review supply chain strategies, contracting plans, scopes of work, RFx, and final contract documents; identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure execution aligns with requirements and guide through processes.
Oversee budgets with work packages for cost control and objective alignment.
Monitor and report contract performance, financial metrics, and key indicators to stakeholders.
Design and implement innovative strategies to improve internal processes and vendor management while optimizing contract spend.
