Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse with a global footprint and a strong culture of collaboration. We seek a Contracts and Legal Systems Operations Manager to support commercial contracts, CLM, and CRM integrations, partnering across Legal, Ops, and Sales.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in contract management and CRM systems, excellent communication, and a bias for scalable processes in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years with CLM/CRM systems, contract management, legal support or operations.
• Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating standard commercial contracts; SaaS experience a plus; system integrations.
• Excellent communicator; able to partner with deal ops, legal and procurement teams.
• Experience with high-growth private companies.
• Interest in a dynamic, agile tech business.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial contract negotiations and contracting processes end-to-end.
• Oversee CLM workflows, metadata, and filing; drive process improvements.
• Manage Salesforce integration with CLM; develop reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Legal Ops and internal clients to optimize contracting.
