Job Summary

As a Senior Contents Supervisor at Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration (PPCR), you play a vital leadership role in guiding and developing our high-performing Contents team. Reporting directly to the Contents Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing complex jobs, supporting team growth, and ensuring top-tier execution of restoration services. Every day, you contribute to PPCR’s Purpose of Restoring Lives, the Planet, and Communities by maintaining the highest standards in care, safety, and professionalism on-site and in collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of contents work on large or complex restoration jobs.
• Supervise and support Contents Supervisors and their teams in daily operations.
• Attend weekly Supervisor meetings and participate in department-wide discussions.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to elevate team performance.
• Partner with the Contents Manager on performance reviews and LPE discussions.
• Assist in designing and delivering training programs for technical development.
• Collaborate on SOP creation, operational planning, and team structure decisions.
• Evaluate on-site staff performance with senior team members.
• Communicate clearly with trades, vendors, and technicians.
• Coordinate labor needs with dispatch or escalate to the Contents Manager as needed.
• Promote and uphold health and safety protocols on every site.
• Provide training and be a resource for other staff on Encircle and Restorify.
• Extensive knowledge in Encircle and Restorify.
• Familiar with Ultrasonic line and Esporta machines, and DocuSketch cameras.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to job progress, inventory, and expenses related to job sites.
• Create and provide scopes for contents estimates (on site and thru DocuSketch).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Contents experience in the restoration industry.
• Certifications in FSRT, CPT, and First Aid Level 1.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven conflict resolution, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems quickly.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Willingness to participate in the On-Call rotation.
• Comfortable with computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other digital tools.

Salary: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)
