We are seeking a bilingual Senior Consultant (English and French) to join our Montreal-based team. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects while playing a key role in developing the practice and contributing to its success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements, develop consulting tools and methodologies, and support the growth of KLB Canada’s Sourcing & Procurement Consulting practice.

Engagement Delivery

• Lead and deliver client projects, including :
• Strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Sourcing and Procurement transformation projects to manage supply risk, optimize processes and organizational efficiency.
• Supplier management and performance improvement programs.
• Selection and readiness support for procurement tools implementations (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba).
• Conduct in-depth spend analyses, category assessments, and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve procurement maturity and align procurement with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.

Practice Development

• Develop and refine consulting methodologies, tools, and templates for sourcing and procurement projects.
• Contribute to thought leadership, including whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.

Business Development

• Collaborate with leadership to identify business opportunities and support proposal development.
• Contribute to client pitches and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to grow the practice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain consulting, ideally in a consulting or dynamic environment.
• Proven track record in leading sourcing and procurement improvement projects and delivering measurable results.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. Degrees in business, supply chain management, or related fields are also valuable.

Certifications

• Certifications in P2P solutions (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Ariba) are an asset.
• Additional certifications like CSCP, CPSM, or PMP are an asset.

• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement transformation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build lasting client relationships.
