WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying, coordinating and facilitating field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
Drive JLL procurement and strategic sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management to bring cost optimization to the organization and to Client portfolios.
Closely work with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Project Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories; analyzing supplier base, spend and industry changes. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form.
Support Category Management activities and integrate them in the sourcing process to attain cost savings objectives.
Drive supplier relationship, vendor management programs with key suppliers.
Manage RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards, and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction.
Property/facility management experience is an asset.
Self-motivated and able to perform the role with minimal supervision; takes ownership and demonstrates sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Support and assist development of diversity programs and Indigenous Reconciliation programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Participate and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
Contract writing, management and negotiation skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to drive stakeholders toward common goals, in a matrix environment.
Must be fluent in French and English, oral and written, with Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and/or equivalent experience. 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
Project coordination and management experience preferred.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
