As the Senior Consultant, Privileged Access Management on the Privileged Identity and Access Security team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping CIBC mature its Nonhuman Privileged Access service. You’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop with the Team as it leverages the industry leading HashiCorp product to mature it's Secrets Management capabilities and LOB IAM Integrations. You will focus on assessing projects for security risks, creating requirement documents and architecture diagrams. We are looking for an action-oriented, collaborative and innovative individual that would be responsible driving design, building and deployment of the one of organization's most critical Information Security solutions. The Senior Consultant Information Security will be help manage proof-of-concept and proof-of-technology exercises well as designs and implementations of successful solutions. Execute and deliver on roadmap initiatives
You will drive Identity and Access Services documents review and updates, drive Working Group awareness of issues/areas of improvement and Audit Deficiency Remediation for Identity and Access Services
Keep abreast of the emerging technologies, industry directions and best practices, identify Identity and Access Services enhancement opportunities and champion change initiatives and analyze Identity and Access Management themed deficiencies from across the organization to identity trends and continuous improvement opportunities
Create/maintain business processes, procedures and/or documentation related to different Identity and Access Services initiatives.
You will perform those activities required of Business Analysts in PIAS owned projects such as identifying & documenting Business Requirements, coordinating, facilitating and executing UAT, Participating in Technical deployments to perform business validation
Facilitate Identity and Access Services initiatives workshops and improvements, educate business users responsible for managing and operating business initiatives, evaluate existing business initiatives and determining process improvements and facilitate adoption of Identity and Access Services best practices and tools
You can demonstrate minimum 5+ years of experience in a IT or security role. You have experience with HashiCorp products - CyberArk PAM product experience is considered an asset. Additionally, working experience with SailPoint and/or Workday software is considered an asset. You have knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes. It's an asset if you have experience in a financial institution. You’re a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing in related security certifications. It’s an asset if you have CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP
