You will collect and analyze relevant information to establish business diagnostics in order to recommend operational orientations to improve our customers' competitiveness;

You will develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices;

You will present analysis results and key recommendations to client company executives;

Implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions;

You will develop communication plans for employees affected by the change;

You will participate, as required, in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service offers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management;
• 6 to 10 years' experience in manufacturing or manufacturing strategy consulting;
• consulting experience (an important asset);
• In-depth knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing management principles and tools;

Experience and knowledge in project management and / or program management;

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic / tactical workshops;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Power Point and Word and Ms Project;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English;

Willingness to travel for projects in the province of Quebec.
