What You Will Do
  • Lead delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Lead workshops and training to empower clients and team members to maximize Power Platform solutions.
  • Gather requirements and provide design guidance for Dynamics 365 CE CRM / Power Platform projects, including AI and Copilot integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Participate in and lead innovative projects involving AI tools like OpenAI, GPT, and Copilot to enhance business solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during implementation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lead meetings, and manage action items.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 CRM/Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a functional lead role, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proven success in leading and participating in projects within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their application in CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
Additional Information

The salary range for this position in BC is $85,000 to $127,000, potentially with bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
