Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in IFS FSM Cloud to drive large implementation and support projects. The candidate will act as a techno‑functional SME, aligning client business needs with scalable FSM Cloud capabilities while leading cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in IFS FSM Cloud, strong architecture and integration knowledge, and the ability to guide PoC ideation and client demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB and travel to client as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship).

Required Skills

• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition
• Should have in depth functional & knowledge in IFS FSM / WFM or Mobile Work order relevant to Utilities, Telco industries
• Should have worked on configuration of FSM Cloud application, identify and plan for customization to meet the customer requirements, etc.
• Should also understand the FSM processes/technology and integration of the same with other downstream systems.
• PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IFS FSM Cloud & FSM legacy apps

• Resource group, resource id configuration for Person, person Group and Equipment
• Scheduling parameter configurations such as Scheduling resource, scheduling work / activity types, Scheduling Datasets, Technician Max\\Min travel, lunch break, flexible break etc.
• service organization, service delivery units, Skills, Certifications, qualifications, Shift types, Shift pattern templates, Slot usage rule, Rule collection, Appointment templates
• Company, Site, Customer, location, user and person setup.

IFS Mobile work order

• Service app/Maintenance App
• Mobile workflow configurations for Request task/work task, activity type/Work type
• Survey configurations
• Custom configurations such as Lobby, Custom fields, Page configurations etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Perform role of a Senior Consultant at onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables.
• Should have done at least 2 green field implementations on IFS Cloud FSM. Added advantages will be other FSM experience along with IFS Cloud (e.g., Click, Oracle fields solutions)
• 8-10 years of experience as an IFS FSM Cloud Consultant SME.
• Deep understanding of IFS Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and security.
• Should have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology and experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario- 92740 to $ 105007
