• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

The role covers the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements, process design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The position supports integrated EAM and FSM capabilities spanning work planning, scheduling, dispatch, mobile execution, asset information, and enterprise system integration. These capabilities align with the organization’s established FSM offerings and delivery focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably with 3 years into Utilities or other asset-intensive industries.
• Experience participating in one or more end-to-end FSM, Asset Management, or operational transformation programs.
• Familiarity with mobile workforce management, field service operations, maintenance planning, and work execution processes.
• Understanding of integrations between operational systems and enterprise applications, and experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and practices such as AI/GenAI, automation, predictive maintenance, workforce optimization, or digital transformation initiatives; relevant certifications are a plus.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based on the below location will be:
