In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to analyze operational needs, define functional requirements, design solutions, and support implementation across Asset Management, Work Management, and Field Operations. The ideal candidate will combine utility industry knowledge with hands-on experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or related enterprise platforms. The role covers the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements, process design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The position supports integrated EAM and FSM capabilities spanning work planning, scheduling, dispatch, mobile execution, asset information, and enterprise system integration. These capabilities align with the organization’s established FSM offerings and delivery focus.
