Qualifications

• CPA designation or in progress of completion
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP, IFRS, U.S. GAAP) and internal controls knowledge
• Finance experience including memo writing and related processes
• Strategic thinking and option evaluation
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Problem solving and root-cause analysis
• Project management discipline and structure
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and execution of projects
• Work directly with clients on complex technical accounting matters and preparation of memos under IFRS, ASPE and U.S. GAAP
• Assist with transactions related to disruptive events and IPOs/regulatory filings
• Opportunities to serve clients or support local/International teams
• Develop and lead timely communications for professionals and clients
• Prepare materials and participate in client and firm presentations
• Contribute to market and eminence initiatives and new service offerings
• Support business development in growing the practice
