Job summary

Stevenson & White in Ottawa seeks a Senior Manager with public practice experience to lead the office and own client relationships. You will guide accounting, tax, and assurance services while mentoring staff and collaborating with partners.

The role focuses on advancing to Partner through ownership of engagements and practice growth, with strong emphasis on ASPE/ASNPO knowledge and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive public practice experience.
• Sound knowledge of personal and corporate tax planning.
• Good understanding of ASPE and ASNPO.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a small team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in CaseWare/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset.

As Senior Manager, you'll work closely with the firm's partners and fellow managers to cultivate new and existing client relationships, while guiding the team on accounting, tax, and assurance services.
