Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy team. You will lead cross-functional teams through medium to large-scale digital and AI projects, guiding clients through design thinking to deliver experiences that put AI to work where it creates real value.

You will shape digital and AI-enabled solutions, run strategy and design thinking workshops, interpret client challenges, and mentor junior colleagues while staying at the forefront of AI trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading strategy, design and technology teams on medium to large digital projects.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI-related initiatives, or a strong understanding of how AI fits into digital products and business processes.
• A strong understanding of management, business and finance processes, including building the business case for digital and AI investments.
• A proven track record of client collaboration and relationship management.
• A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology.
• A commitment to continuous learning about emerging technologies, especially AI.
• A strong eye for quality digital design.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work well both on a team and independently.
• Mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Shape and create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
• Lead strategy and design thinking workshops with clients, including helping them find and prioritize digital and AI opportunities
• Interpret client business challenges and work with design and technology teams to solve them
• Make sure client goals and project timelines are met
• Act as a thought leader on emerging digital and AI trends, for clients and within Konrad
• Create presentations, documentation and proposal responses, using digital and AI tools to work efficiently
• Mentor junior team members, including helping them use AI tools well in their day-to-day work

The estimated compensation for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
