Konrad in Toronto is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy team. You will lead cross-functional teams through medium and large-scale digital and AI projects, guiding clients from design thinking to actionable, value-driven solutions.

You’ll mentor junior colleagues, shape AI-enabled strategies, and ensure delivery aligned with client goals and timelines. Join a culture focused on learning, innovation, and delivering real value in AI-enabled products and services across industries.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading strategy, design and technology teams on medium to large digital projects.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI-related initiatives, or a strong understanding of how AI fits into digital products and business processes.
• A strong understanding of management, business and finance processes, including building the business case for digital and AI investments.
• A proven track record of client collaboration and relationship management.
• A demonstrated passion for UX, digital design and technology.
• A commitment to continuous learning about emerging technologies, especially AI.
• A strong eye for quality digital design.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work well both on a team and independently.
• Mentoring experience

Aufgaben

• Mentor junior team members, including helping them use AI tools well in their day-to-day work

About The Role
