Job summary

Konrad in Toronto is seeking an Associate Consultant to support Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams. You’ll help clients solve business problems through AI-powered, human-centered experiences and use digital tools in everyday work.

You will collaborate across disciplines, build expertise in AI and design, and assist in understanding client challenges and goals. This hybrid role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries.
• Build your expertise as a thought leader in design, technology and AI.
• Support the team in understanding client business challenges and goals, including where digital and AI can make a difference.
• Work with Design and Technology teams to create great user experiences.
• Research clients through interviews on their business processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to help gather and synthesize findings.
• Take part in design thinking and technology architecture workshops.
• Prepare presentations, documentation and proposal responses.

About The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you'll work across our Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams, supporting senior team members while you build your experience. You'll help clients solve business problems through smart, intuitive, human-centred experiences, including tapping into the potential of AI. You'll also use digital and AI tools in your own day-to-day work.
