Konrad Group seeks an Associate Consultant to work across Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams, helping clients solve business problems through AI-powered, human-centered experiences.

You will collaborate with senior team members, develop expertise in design, technology, and AI, and support client challenges with digital solutions. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

• Research clients through interviews on their business processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to help gather and synthesize findings.

About The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you'll work across our Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams, supporting senior team members while you build your experience. You'll help clients solve business problems through smart, intuitive, human-centred experiences, including tapping into the potential of AI. You'll also use digital and AI tools in your own day-to-day work.
