Job summary

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee multiple residential projects in Etobicoke and Mississauga, ensuring on-time delivery and zero-defect suites through effective management of trades, inspectors, suppliers, and staff.

You will work with Stelumar Communities on production planning, materials coordination and budget adherence while upholding Stelumar values and safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 10 years of multi-family residential construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and OHSA.
• Ability to travel and work at multiple locations.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Stelumar Construction Processes and policy.
• Supervise daily trades for timeliness, quality, and completion.
• Conduct site walkthroughs for code compliance and safety.
• Coordinate factory deliveries with project schedule.
• Pre- excavation, schedule early trades and material deliveries.
• Manage subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers on site.
• Maintain safety standards and corrective actions as needed.
