Job summary

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple Stelumar Communities projects in the GTA, including Etobicoke and Mississauga. You will manage cost, schedule, and contracts, while guiding design development and ensuring value engineering across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years leading residential or commercial construction projects; mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Stelumar Communities projects on time and on budget.
• Develop and maintain cost plans, cash flow, and detailed schedules.
• Lead contract negotiations, consultant and sub-trade selection, and risk management.
• Mentor project staff and drive design development, preconstruction, and QA/QC processes.
• Review drawings and specifications and ensure clear team communication.
