Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will oversee field operations across commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Strong LEAN/LEED knowledge and 5+ years of superintendent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project superintendent.
• Understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements.
• Team-oriented leaders who work well in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors and other trade partners.
• Willingness to travel and take remote assignments.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new approaches and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects in commercial/industrial, education, multi-family and/or medical/healthcare sectors.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Ensure timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and site management.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and our company safety program.
