Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications. The successful candidate will have over 8 years of heavy civil construction experience and 5 years in construction management. Responsibilities include planning work methods, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. A bachelor's degree and certification in safety training are preferred. Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience required.
• 5+ years construction management experience required.
• Safety Trained Supervisor certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts in practical situations.

Responsibilities

• Plan work methods, materials, and equipment needs for projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for equipment and materials.
• Supervise sub-contractor production and workforce.
• Document daily activities and meeting notes.

Skills
