Job summary

Four Seasons Sunrooms GTA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational activities across project delivery, installation, service and warehouse operations. You will oversee project managers and coordinators, ensuring orders are planned and executed seamlessly from start to finish.

The role is predominantly office-based with periodic site visits and a focus on building operational capacity, safety and excellence in homeowner experience.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trades and site conditions.
• Minimum five years of team leadership in a construction operations environment.
• Experience improving operational effectiveness in a growing construction business.
• Ability to oversee multiple concurrent residential projects.
• Understanding of Ontario Building Code and permitting processes.
• Experience with project management tools like Buildertrend or CoConstruct.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers, coordinators, site supervisor and warehouse team.
• Own production and installation schedule from order to completion.
• Ensure materials, labour and subcontractors are ready before work.
• Identify improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Monitor progress, costs and risks across multiple projects.
• Coach and support field leadership and enforce safety practices.
• Collaborate with President and leadership on planning and growth.
