Job description

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing tendering and bidding opportunities from start to finish. You will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking proposals, prepare detailed proposals including take-offs, drawing / spec reviews, supplier pricing, and bid negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, a strong background in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction, expert-level blueprint reading and specification review, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage tendering and bidding opportunities
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking proposals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide strategic input to senior management
• Occasionally travel to job sites
