Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in a Superintendent/Leadership role.
• Strong leadership, safety, planning, and contract administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple foremen, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of concrete structure construction to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Supervise and coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and laborers; provide guidance and training.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Implement and monitor quality control to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate resources and materials.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities and incidents; report to management.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to align on project scope.
