Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years in compute operations in large, global IT environments.
• Deep knowledge of compute services and infrastructure.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned service management.
• English proficiency; French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on highly complex matters and large scope assignments.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in people, processes, and technology.
• Lead team members on methods and analytical approaches.
• Guide team to solve significant problems.
• Manage day-to-day activities to meet service levels.
• Perform routine health maintenance.
• Manage upgrades and performance related activities.
• Identify and correct faults with services and infrastructure.
• Plan IMACDs (moves, adds, changes, disposals).
• Execute business continuity tests.
• Oversee supplier/manufacturer activities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect service.
• Engage in problem management process.
• Provide technical peer reviews for changes.
• Support audit and compliance.
• Manage related platforms.
• Provide on-call support and periodic rotation.
